Cheddar Challenge Venue - Broadway House

Broadway House is the best equipped mountain bike race venue in the country, enabling competitors to really make the most of weekend's racing in style and comfort.

The venue has a reputation for hosting some of the best biking events in Europe. The site was chosen for the 2006 European BMX Championships. The biking heritage means the facilities have been adapted to be the most cycle friendly possible.

The area surrounding Cheddar offers great hill climbing and road cycling with long challenging climbs and spectacular views. The area is haven for keen cyclists of all disciplines.

All the park facilities are open during the Cheddar Challenge, including showers, launderette, shop and bar, with hot food and takeaway available throughout the weekend.

The park centre buzzes with atmosphere around the alpine style cabins that contain the various facilities and bar. There's great music, top videos and a unique atmosphere, so you can relax in a unique biking environment created to specifically enhance the spirit of the event.

Accommodation is available within the park grounds either in your own tent, caravan or
pro racer RV. ;o)    Alternatively, we have holiday homes for hire.

Imagine finishing a tough event on an interesting and challenging course, cleaning off your bike, getting showered and changed and going to the bar. Sound good? Here you'd only need to walk about 300yards from the finish line too!
